Wir hatten schon wieder einen fantastischen Tag in Wickrath. Möglich machte das Sabine mit ihrem großen Gespann, mit dem wir alle vier Ponys auf einmal die 150 km transportieren konnten. Für Sabine und ihr Team, bestehend aus Antonia und Carolin, begann der lange Tag mit der Abfahrt in Unna um kurz nach 9 Uhr und endete gegen 23 Uhr!
We had another tremendous day at Wickrath. Sabine made it possible - with her large trailer that had enough space for all four ponies on the 150 km trip. Sabine and her teammates Antonia and Carolin had an early start, taking off in Unna at 9 am and returning at 11 pm!

Im Katalog waren sechs Connemara-Fohlen verzeichnet, doch es erschienen nur unsere Mädels und zwei Hengstfohlen von Sydserff River Dance aus der Zucht von Hella. Das “Team Hanny” (links) bestand aus Sabine & Karsten, das “Team Emily” (rechts) aus Carolin & Gabi. Antonia und Rosi machten den Support im Hintergrund, Marion & Martina die digitale Dokumentation.
The catalogue listed six Connemara foals, but only our girls and two colt foals by Sydserff River Dance actually made their appearance in the show ring. The colts were bred by Hella Spieß. Our “Team Hanny” was made up by Sabine & Karsten, “Team Emily” consisted of Carolin & Gabi. Antonia and Rosi supported them, Marion & Martina documented the event.

Als Jüngste musste Hanny als Erste in den Ring - und sie war Spitze! Der Kommentar der Richter: “Starkknochiges Fohlen, hervorragende Trabbewegung, harmonisch im Körper, gut bemuskelt - 1a Goldmedaille.”
Being the youngest filly Hanny had to enter the ring 1st - and she was gorgeous. The judges commented: “Strong-boned foal, excellent trot, harmonic body, well muscled - 1a gold medal.”

Emily war die Nächste und auch hier waren die Kommentare eine Bestätigung für die Anpaarungs-Entscheidung: “Ein sehr schönes Fohlen, etwas feiner im Bein, dafür im Typ noch etwas ansprechender, sehr guter Gang - 1b und Goldmedaille.”
Emily was next and once again the comments were a confirmation for the match: “Very beautiful foal, somewhat lighter boned, in return even more attractive type, very good movements - 1b and gold medal.”
